The purpose of this community service activity in tandem with the Singaperbangsa University Karawang Student Real Work Lecture program is to increase the knowledge and insight of the people of Telukbango Village on the process of utilizing water hyacinth plants. Hyacinths are used as basic ingredients for making organic fertilizer because the amount is very large and has the potential to become waste that hampers agricultural irrigation channels. Training on making hyacinth organic fertilizer is carried out by lecture method, distributing leaflets on the stages of making hyacinth organic fertilizer, and joint practice of making fertilizer. The result of this community service activity is that the people of Telukbango Village, especially farmers, understand the use of water hyacinths and the process of making fertilizer from water hyacinths which so far only has the potential as waste. On the issue of problems that occur, it is important to organize the Youth Posyandu as an effort to prevent early marriage, pre-marital sex and drug use in Cijagang Village. The purpose of establishing Posyandu Remaja is to improve access and health services for adolescents, increase knowledge about reproductive health and nutrition, and prevent juvenile delinquency. The method used was FGD with observation and interview techniques. The results show that the adolescent posyandu in the village has not been implemented due to limited medical equipment and lack of qualified cadres. Through the process of organizing and training, the management structure of the adolescent posyandu was formed. Interventions were conducted through training and socialization, where the results of the pre-test and post-test showed an increase in the knowledge and skills of posyandu cadres. The formation of the adolescent posyandu management was also successfully carried out with the issuance of an official decree. One of them is the PIK Pulogadung area, which is known as a shopping center in Jakarta, which has experienced a decrease in customer visits resulting in a decrease in sales turnover. In addition, the lack of support from building managers in carrying out promotions and the Covid-19 pandemic are the biggest challenges for leather shoe stores in PIK Pulogadung. The solution to helping the leather shoe MSME industry is to provide excellent service and digitization. By prioritizing excellent service and adopting a digitization strategy, MSME leather shoe stores can improve operational efficiency, expand market reach, and provide customers with a superior shopping experience.
