Results show a significant increase in tourist visits, particularly after promotional efforts and infrastructure enhancements. However, fluctuations in visitor numbers were observed throughout the program period, suggesting the need for further stabilization. The satisfaction survey revealed positive feedback from tourists, emphasizing cleanliness, service quality, and facility availability. Nevertheless, challenges such as funding limitations for infrastructure development and community engagement persisted, affecting project timelines and local participation. Despite these challenges, the collaborative approach between stakeholders facilitated a conducive environment for tourism development.
