Community Economic Empowerment Through the Development of Situ Tunggilis Tourism in Situsari Village, Cileungsi District, Bogor Regency

This study presents the outcomes of a community-based tourism development program implemented in Situ Tunggilis, Situsari Village, Bogor Regency, Indonesia, from July 2022 to June 2024. Collaborating with the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), Situsari Village Government, and various local community groups was crucial throughout the program phases, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with the village's needs and potentials. The study involved initial surveys, needs analyses, training sessions, infrastructure development, promotional activities, and monitoring and evaluation. Results show a significant increase in tourist visits, particularly after promotional efforts and infrastructure enhancements. However, fluctuations in visitor numbers were observed throughout the program period, suggesting the need for further stabilization. The satisfaction survey revealed positive feedback from tourists, emphasizing cleanliness, service quality, and facility availability. Nevertheless, challenges such as funding limitations for infrastructure development and community engagement persisted, affecting project timelines and local participation. Despite these challenges, the collaborative approach between stakeholders facilitated a conducive environment for tourism development. Continued evaluation and improvement are necessary to ensure sustainable and impactful tourism activities. This study contributes to the literature on community-based tourism development and offers insights into addressing challenges and maximizing opportunities in similar contexts.

Upgrading Business Identity of BTPN Syariah Customers Through MSME Mentoring Program in Cigudeg Bogor District.

One of the weaknesses of micro, small and medium enterprises actor is that they often ignore the importance of business identity as a promotional medium for their business. This is due to the lack of knowledge and skills for making these promotional media. Therefore, assistance is needed for business actors related to upgrading their business identity which can be provided through the Community Service Program as an activity of the MSIB Kampus Merdeka program in collaboration with BTPN Syariah. There is an increase in knowledge and skills from BTPN Syariah customers, which is micro-business actors as recipients of mentoring material on the urgency of identity, and the result is the implementation or practice of teaching the material in the form of their business promotion banners.

The Importance of Presenting Financial Statements to Assess the Performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)

Participating in social activities is a form of community service (PKM) that can be done by a lecturer. Through this participation, it is hoped that lecturers can provide direct benefits to the community. In this PKM activity, the IKPIA Perbanas lecturer team provided counseling related to financial recording to micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) under the guidance of Jenderal Soedirman University. The problems faced by MSMEs include a lack of knowledge in recording finances for daily transactions. This condition results in untidy financial records and the inability to make simple financial statements. This community service activity is expected to help MSMEs realize the importance of simple financial records for daily transactions in their business so that MSMEs have a simple form of financial statements that can be used to apply for additional capital or other things.

Recycling Used Cooking Oil to Multipurpose Products for Family Economic Improvement

This Community Service aims to develop the potential and skills of human resources, housewives in Kedung Waringin Village in utilizing the natural potential of the village, waste cooking oil to produce something of high selling value and provide economic, social, and environmental benefits for the surrounding community. Improving women's skills can foster local economic activities that can indirectly improve community welfare. The multi-use products resulting from the creativity of recycling used cooking oil are soap for washing and candles as a source of lighting, alternative room decoration, and aromatherapy media. For the sustainability of this used cooking oil recycling skills training and to support the achievement of the community service goal, increasing community income through the creative economy, the community service team also followed up with online marketing activities so that the products produced by the community as output from the training could be sold so as to provide additional community income. By making recycled products, the community can generate income independently to increase family income. The result of this community empowerment activity is increased community capacity.

Become an Environmentally Friendly MSME Through Green Human Resource Management

Considering that in society the importance of taxes for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is not given enough attention, so many MSME taxpayers have not paid taxes due to a lack of understanding of tax calculations and payments. The benefits of Community Service activities carried out in MSMEs in the Cisalak Pasar subdistrict, which also collaborated with lecturers from the STIAMI Institute of Social and Management Sciences explained the importance of taxes for MSMEs in accordance with Law Number.36 of 2008 concerning Income Tax, as most recently amended by Law Number of 2021. Where we also explain how the administration must be prepared for settlement and certificates in accordance with the settlement of Government Regulation article number 23 of 2018.
