Collaborating with the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), Situsari Village Government, and various local community groups was crucial throughout the program phases, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with the village's needs and potentials. The study involved initial surveys, needs analyses, training sessions, infrastructure development, promotional activities, and monitoring and evaluation. Results show a significant increase in tourist visits, particularly after promotional efforts and infrastructure enhancements. However, fluctuations in visitor numbers were observed throughout the program period, suggesting the need for further stabilization. The satisfaction survey revealed positive feedback from tourists, emphasizing cleanliness, service quality, and facility availability. Nevertheless, challenges such as funding limitations for infrastructure development and community engagement persisted, affecting project timelines and local participation. Despite these challenges, the collaborative approach between stakeholders facilitated a conducive environment for tourism development. Continued evaluation and improvement are necessary to ensure sustainable and impactful tourism activities. Improving women's skills can foster local economic activities that can indirectly improve community welfare. The multi-use products resulting from the creativity of recycling used cooking oil are soap for washing and candles as a source of lighting, alternative room decoration, and aromatherapy media. </em><em>For the sustainability of this used cooking oil recycling skills training and to support the achievement of the community service goal, increasing community income through the creative economy, the community service team also followed up with online marketing activities so that the products produced by the community as output from the training could be sold so as to provide additional community income. By making recycled products, the community can generate income independently to increase family income.
