This activity involves collaboration between correctional officers and education professionals. Through this community service activity, correctional officers are expected to improve their capacity and well-being through various professional and personal development programs. This program is designed to support officer effectiveness and their work-life balance.
This training explained how managerial skills can be implemented. This training was delivered to 20 service officers, who are civil servants at Salemba IIA Prison, Jakarta. Participants were aged 25-33 years old, with undergraduate degrees in law, education, economics, and social studies. 60% of participants were male and 40% were female. Two of the participants were structural officials.
This community service activity was held on November 10, 2025 face-to-face and focused on how to develop optimal managerial skills and how to anticipate existing obstacles. The implementation of this activity ran smoothly according to the predetermined schedule, with the presenters delivering the material as prepared, specifically on managerial skills.
