Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of company size, return on equity (ROE), dividend policy, and stock price on the value of telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2023. Using an associative research design with a quantitative approach. The purposive sampling method was selected by selecting 12 companies that met the criteria. With a quantitative approach using panel data regression analysis with EViews version 13. It was found that the size of the company negatively and significantly affects the value of the company, the ROE does not significantly affect the value of the company, the dividend policy does not significantly affect the value of the company, and the stock price significantly and positively affects the value of the company. Simultaneously the size of the company, the return on equity, the dividend policy and the share price have a significant influence on the value of the company.
