The global video game industry is rapidly evolving, with independent studios transitioning into full-fledged publishers. This rapid scaling often results in fragmented IT infrastructure, data silos, and operational bottlenecks. This study aims to design a targeted Enterprise Architecture (EA) blueprint for Toge Productions, a leading Indonesian indie game publisher, utilizing the TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM). Focusing on the foundational planning phases (Phase A through D), the research employs Michael Porter’s Value Chain analysis to map core publishing activities. A systematic gap analysis is subsequently conducted to transition the studio from manual, isolated workflows to an integrated digital ecosystem. The proposed target architecture introduces centralized systems—specifically for game curation, internal development, and digital distribution—visualized through structured Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs). The findings provide a scalable, integrated IT roadmap that supports Toge Productions' global publishing objectives without compromising creative agility, offering a replicable EA model for the digital entertainment sector.
