Abstract

Strategic environmental changes and technological advances encourage government officials to anticipate new paradigms by improving bureaucratic performance and improving services towards the realization of good governance. Traditional management approaches that are linear and rigid are often unable to keep up with the speed of technological change. This is where approaches such as agile BPM (Business Process Management) play an important role. The research method used in solving the problems in this study combines an agile approach for flexibility and rapid adaptation with BPM to ensure efficiency and automation in administrative workflows. Researchers use a systematic mixed approach to identify, execute, and evaluate. The author also uses cases that have been experienced by the Meetings Division and then sees the impact if agile BPM is applied in carrying out innovation. The application of agile BPM in the Meetings Division of the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs has been proven to be able to increase efficiency in managing routine and repetitive workflows. Agile BPM allows organizations to be more responsive to changes that occur quickly, especially in terms of correspondence management.
