Business competition between companies is increasing. Competition is caused by the influence of the market, technology and human resources owned by the company. Companies must be able to maintain good human resources in order to maintain company performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment, organizational culture and motivation on employee performance at the Jakarta Eye Center (JEC) Eye Hospital. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis research method by distributing questionnaires to 50 employees of JEC respondents. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression.
