Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Work Environment, Transformational Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of the Secretariat General of Agro Industry, Ministry of Industry. The population of this research is employees at the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Agro Industry, Ministry of Industry, totaling 57 people, the number of samples in this study using a census or saturated sampling so that there are 57 employees. The sampling technique used was the non-probability sampling method. The primary data collection method is a questionnaire using a Likert scale with questionnaires distributed. Testing the validity and reliability using the Pearson product moment test and Cronbach Alpha statistics. The analytical method to answer the hypothesis used multiple linear regression with SPSS version 22. The results showed that the variables of the work environment, transformational leadership style and work discipline had a significant positive effect on the performance of the Secretariat employees of the Directorate General of Agro Industry by 5,791, 3,860 and 3,899. The variables of the work environment, transformational leadership style and work discipline together have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Agro Industry, Ministry of Industry.
