Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a pivotal role in Indonesia's economy, accounting for 99% of all business units and absorbing 97% of the national workforce. However, MSMEs face significant challenges, including limited access to financial services, low financial literacy, and insufficient support from banking institutions. This article examines the role of digitalization and sustainable finance in strengthening the financial resilience of MSMEs from a banking perspective. Using a mixed-method approach (quantitative and qualitative) with primary and secondary data from 125 Indonesian MSMEs, the study reveals that digital technology adoption such as social media (85%), e-commerce (70%), digital payments (60%), and management software (45%) positively impacts revenue growth (35%), operational efficiency, and market expansion. Nevertheless, barriers like low digital literacy (40%), high adoption costs (30%), and limited internet infrastructure (25%) remain key challenges. Sustainable finance, integrating ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles, is implemented through banking products such as People’s Business Credit (KUR) and digital platforms. Collaboration among the government, banks, and MSMEs is essential to enhance financial access, literacy, and technological support. Recommendations include digital literacy training, expanded internet infrastructure, and technology subsidies. Through these collaborative efforts, MSMEs can achieve inclusive and sustainable growth, supporting the government’s target of 8% economic growth
