Human Resource Management faces challenges, particularly with high employee turnover rates. Turnover intention, or the intention of employees to leave, is an important indicator for predicting potential turnover. This study aims to evaluate the impact of compensation, job satisfaction, and work stress on employees' intention to leave the company at PT XYZ, a financial services company. The study uses data from the entire population of 29 Merchant Operation employees at PT XYZ in Jakarta, without sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the research results, compensation and job satisfaction have a positive but not significant effect on the turnover intention, while job stress has a positive and significant effect on the intention to leave among Merchant Operation employees at PT XYZ.
